1. QB-6 Tinplate Duplex Slitter Machine for Can Body：Each large tinplate has been printed with multiple patterns of the can bodies, and it must be cut into tinplate sheets of the single can body with a cutting machine (Slitter). The large tinplates are stacked in the tinplates discharge system of the tinplate duplex slitter (upper left in the above layout), and then the cutting operation is performed. This tinplate duplex slitter uses the round cutter wheel to cut tinplate. Tinplate has flat cutting edges and accurate dimensions. This duplex slitter can meet the requirements of high-precision resistance welding.
2. Tinplate Sheet Conveyor: is responsible for transporting the cut tinplate to the resistance welding.
3. HJD-35 Automatic 3-piece Big Can Body Welding Machine (Resistance Welding Machine): is used for side seam welding on the can body.
