This big cans beading flanging and seaming (seamer) combination machine has three workstations. The three workstations are beading, flanging and seamer, with high running speed and stability. The combination machine is multifunctional empty can making machinery.

The SF-220 beading, flanging and seamer combination machine is a machine with three operations of the beading at the can body and flanging on the upper and lower part of the can and seaming. The can body is fed into the beading unit one by one from the left side of the machine through the automatic can feeding system. After the beading of the can, it is sent to the flanging unit for flanging, then seam, and then sent out of the machine through the cans conveying mechanism. Because the cans bodies that entry and exit the machine are all vertical, the machine's inlet and outlet are smoothly connected to the conveyor belts of the upper and lower processes. The SGF-220 beading, flanging and seamer combination machine has a fast can-making speed and stable mechanical operation.

The beading: is the formation of transverse rings in the can body to give it greater radial resistance. It can prevent the deformation of the can body. Generally, small cans do not require beading.
