FK-4 cans double seam vacuum sealer is also called seamer, which can automatically transport cans, place lids and seal. The cans vacuum seamer can be connected with other machines to form automated production line. The sealing head adopts planetary gear structure. The can does not rotate when sealing to prevent the liquid from running away. FK-4 automatic vacuum seamer (sealer) for cans double seam is a canning machine often used in food factories.

FK-4 automatic vacuum sealer (seamer) for cans double seam is composed of the automatic lid placing system, the automatic can transporting system, the vacuum chamber system, the sealing unit, the mechanical transmission unit. On the left of the machine, the lidless can that has been filled with materials is entered into the machine one after another through the can transport system, to the vacuum chamber. At this time, the can lid enters the vacuum chamber one after the other by means of the lid placing system. The can lid just fits the can body. In the vacuum chamber, the air inside the can is quickly removed and then the sealing operation is performed. After sealing the can, the can is pulled out of the machine by the can transport system. The whole process is fully automatic.
