The principle of the horizontal laboratory autoclave sterilizer is to heat the water in the autoclave by electricity to generate a high-temperature steam with pressure, and then sterilize the product or the experimental equipment with high-temperature steam. For example: disinfection of dressings, glassware, culture media, etc. The HSH horizontal laboratory autoclave sterilizers are frequently used food microbiological testing equipment.

• The inner chamber of the autoclave is made of high-quality stainless steel material and welded by argon arc welding, which is durable.

• The safety interlock device meets the requirements of the regulations:
(1) Sterilization program cannot be started if the door is not closed and locked;

• Self expanding type seal ring which has good sealing effect and long service life.
• The autoclave is equipped with steam generator and water pump, the functions are as follows:
(1) The water pump has the automatic add water function, so that the water level in the steam generator can be controlled in a reasonable range;
(2) When the water level in the steam generator reaches the lowest water level, the electric heating tube can be cut off and an alarm is given (in the sterilized state);
(3) The pressure controller to control the pressure in the steam generator, a safety valve for overpressure protection.
• The exhaust method after sterilization can be choosed, which can meet the requirements of pressure relief after sterilization for different types of materials.
• PID temperature control function, select it to correct heating control parameters automatically, to prevent the temperature overshoot occurs.
• Notes: G type has the drying function, it adds water ring type vacuum pump and drying heating pipe, the drying effect is in conformity with the relevant standards.
