Description

MD-02 palletizer is a machine for palletizing of can bodies, aluminum cans and glass bottles, is automatic can making machine. It is composed of a pallets separator, a net chain conveyor, an empty cans separating device, a palletizing chamber, a lifting mechanism and a ground chain.

(1) The pallets separator separates the stacked pallets and sends one pallet to the bottom of the stacking room.

(2) Place a partition paper board on the pallet.
(3) The net chain conveyor sends the empty cans to the palletizing chamber.
(4) The empty cans separating device controls the number of empty cans entering the palletizing chamber and aligns the empty cans.
(5) The empty can separating device sends a certain number of empty cans arranged neatly to the partition paper board of the pallet of the palletizing chamber.
(6) The lifting mechanism of the palletizing chamber automatically descends, so that the height of the top of the layer of empty cans is just same with the height of the conveyor belt, or the top of the layer of empty cans is slightly lower.
(7) Put a partition paper board on the top of the layer of the empty cans.
(8) The can-separating device sends the next batch of neatly-ordered number of empty cans to the partition paper board of the pallet of the palletizing chamber.
(9) In this way, the empty cans can be automatically stacked layer by layer.
(10) After the stacked, the empty cans stack is sent to the pallet stretch film wrapping machine by the ground chain for film winding.
