This XDS-3PMC inverted biological microscope can be configured with a polarized modulation phase contrast viewing system. It can directly observe and photograph the live microorganisms in the petri dish. It is suitable for high-resolution microscopic observation of phase objects, birefringent objects, dyed samples, and columnar objects. The XDS-3PMC inverted biological microscope is used instrument and equipment for food research and testing.

The XDS-3PMC inverted biological microscope means that the light source illuminates from the top to down, as shown on the right, The observed object (petri dish) is placed on the stage, the light passes through the petri dish and then form an image, it reaches the lower objective lens, and the image is magnified by the objective lens and reflected to the right eyepiece, which is magnified by the eyepiece and then enters the human eye.
