The Working Principle of YP-15B Online Non-contact Glass Bottle Pressure Tester Detector
YP-15B Online Non-contact Glass Bottle Pressure Tester Detector uses acoustic technology for non-contact on-line inspection of glass bottle. It has ultrasonic sensor. When the sealed container passes the sensor but does not touch the sensor, the sensor emit ultrasonic waves to “impact” the top lid of the container. The lid echoes after being impacted. The echoes have a proportional relationship with the degree of pressure of the container. The echoes are processed by the computer to obtain the quality value. The quality value is compared with the set value, and the container exceeding the set value is automatically rejected. This test method is sensitive to the degree of pressure inside the container.
